Raphael Valdepena

Hi, I’m Raph, one of the Client Service Representatives here at ZumiVet. I help coordinate scheduling, answer client questions, assist with medical records, and make sure our doctors have everything they need to provide a smooth and personalized experience for every patient and family we serve.

Some of my earliest memories involve caring for animals—feeding them, learning their routines, and getting to know their unique personalities. Growing up around pets shaped not only my love for animals, but also the way I approach supporting the people who care for them.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking from scratch, sharing meals with family and friends, and taking countryside trips where life moves a little slower.
